We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Program Coordinator to join our organization. As the Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting and managing our clinical education programs. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the program, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and ongoing support for fellows. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for supporting emerging talent in their professional development.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define fellowship program goals, objectives, and evaluation criteria.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract high-quality candidates for the fellowship program.
  • Coordinate the application and selection process, including reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and communicating with applicants.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for fellows, providing guidance and support throughout their fellowship experience.
  • Collect and analyze data related to the fellowship program, including feedback from fellows and program outcomes.
  • Provide resources and support for fellows' professional development, including networking opportunities, skill-building workshops, and access to relevant resources.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between fellows, mentors, and partner organizations.
  • Prepare regular reports on program activities, outcomes, and impact.
  • Fellow/Resident Support and Development:
  • Plan and organize fellowship-related events, workshops, and seminars.
  • Develop and maintain fellowship program guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Represent the organization at conferences, events, and other networking opportunities to promote the fellowship program.
  • Monitor and track fellows' progress, ensuring they meet program requirements and milestones.
  • Identify areas for program improvement and make recommendations for enhancements.
  • Collaborate with external partners to identify potential fellowship placements and projects.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with partner organizations, universities, and other stakeholders involved in the fellowship program.
  • Organize and coordinate regular check-ins and mentorship opportunities for fellows.
  • Organizational Relationship Management:
  • Program Evaluation and Reporting:
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new fellows, including orientation, training, and introductions to relevant staff and resources.
  • Fellowship Program Management:
  • Contribute to the organization's overall strategic planning and goal-setting processes.


Education and Skills:


  • Knowledge of best practices in talent development, mentorship, and professional development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven experience in program coordination, preferably in a fellowship or internship program.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, business administration, education, etc.).
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Passion for supporting emerging talent and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Familiarity with evaluation methodologies and data analysis techniques.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Proficient in using productivity tools and software, such as project management platforms, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
