Professional Ergonomist Jobs

Aspen Medical is seeking expressions of interest from a Certified Ergonomist for a potential opportunity. This position will perform a range of basic industrial hygiene assignments for one of our clients.

Requirements:

• Experience in full-time professional practice in human factors/ergonomics.
• Travel Required.
• Certification from the Board of Certification in Professional Ergonomics (BCPE).
• A Masters degree in Human Factors/Ergonomics, or an equivalent educational background in the Life Sciences, Engineering Sciences, or Behavioral Sciences to comprise a professional level of ergonomic education.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.
• General knowledge of occupational/environmental health and understanding of an occupational health program
• Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team effort to address Federal agencies' occupational health program.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to under the guidelines and policies of the Federal Occupational Health (FOH) program, the contractor shall consult, plan, implement, evaluate, and certify the validity and appropriateness of ergonomic recommendations and solutions for Federal employees and managers. Perform all other position-related duties as assigned or requested.
