Heritage Auctions, a well-established auction house with over 30 years of longevity, is expanding our Dallas office to meet our business needs.

LOCATION:

South of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, NW corner of W. Airport Freeway (Hwy. 183) and Valley View Lane

Summary

Responsible for 360 videography and editing of products for our website. Candidates must submit a demo reel and portfolio of their work to be considered.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Transition frequently between multiple studio roles/functions as the work requirements demand
• Direct HA Live Auctions as needed using NewTek TriCaster
• Responsible for creating, editing, and delivering high-quality, 360 videos of collectibles, Decorative Arts, handbags, comics, jerseys, and more

Education & Experience

• A Photography or Digital Media degree, or the equivalent in practical on-the-job educational experience, is required
• A demo reel that demonstrates a working knowledge of lighting, composition, and aesthetics, photography portfolio a bonus
• 3+ years of videography and editing

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Ability to stand during shifts and lift up to 50lbs occasionally
• Ability to work as a team in a creative group environment and work independently and be self-motivated as needed
• Willingness to accept new project challenges
• Good verbal, written communications, and organizational skills
• Help to improve and innovate workflows and processes
• Experience with NewTek TriCaster a plus; training will be provided
• Proficiency in Mac-based image capture software using Capture One Pro, Final Cut Pro, Premiere, and After Effects
• Ability to follow written direction with great attention to detail
• Well-developed ability to execute lighting for a variety of materials quickly and effectively

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Individuals must be able to work independently in a high-volume environment with extremely tight turnaround times. Must be available to work overtime and some nights and weekends with the ability to maintain an established work schedule.
