Manager Studio Production Jobs

Discuss process problems, drive process improvements, and requirements in order to reduce churn and elevate the "content creator" experience.

Review production processes for opportunities to optimize the customer experience.

3-5 years of experience in a media, publishing or production studio environment is preferred.

Experience with database concepts and best practices.

Experience in a fast-paced time sensitive environment.

An autonomous worker, with organizational and analytical skills.

Pro Tools certification and/or experience

Experience leading and educating adults and/or adolescence in audio and video tasks and responsibilities

Effectively engage with patients, families, and staff to provide positive experiences in the studio

Perform all technical pre, live, and post-production responsibilities

Manage, schedule, and create prerecorded content for distribution on our CCTV network

Experience operating video switchers, and key operation/creation in a live setting

Manage prop inventory and maintain prop database

Professional Development (performance reviews 2x annually, training opportunities related to your field of development, one-on-ones with managers, etc.)

At least 2 years’ experience with studio lighting, DSLR photography and video capture

Knowledge of grip, electric, and camera equipment

Premiere Pro and After Effects skills a plus

Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of shooting and editing videos

Demonstrated skill with video editing software platforms, specifically proficiency with

Extensive knowledge of video production equipment, Mac CGI software and proper equipment for rendering

Experience with live streaming a plus

Excellent organization, planning, and communication skills
