YOUR ROLE

  • Target productivity metrics/accountability

  • Direct special projects and problem solving as required.
  • Support safety policies and environmental responsibilities including reporting, investigations, and analysis while aiding in the implementation of safety programs as needed
  • Manages personnel including scheduling work hours, timekeeping, and all regulatory compliance as it pertains to wage and hour regulations
  • Determine manufacturing priorities based on established production schedules and assign duties to personnel. · Communicate and enforce objectives, manufacturing procedures, and efficiencies.
  • Maintain good housekeeping objectives (5S).
  • Direct personnel actions, employee selection, training, performance appraisal, discipline, coaching, development, and safety issues
  • Supervise and perform production activities to ensure that manufactured products meet or exceed all established quality requirements, including product integrity and production order documentation.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Willingness to work flexible hours as determined by business needs.
  • Computer proficiency – MS Office, SAP (preferred)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • High School Degree/GED required, College Degree Preferred
  • 3-5 Years experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, and to manage cross functional teams

The salary for this role is $85,000 - $100,000. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
