Production Design And Asset Coordinator

If so, Hint is looking for a Production Design and Asset Coordinator to help support the Marketing Creative Team us continue our mission of helping people fall in love with water to live healthier lives.
The Production Design and Asset Coordinator is an energetic, multi-talented designer with 3-5 years of experience. They will produce a steady stream of print production assets as well as manage digital assets to support our growing brand across retail and direct-to-consumer channels.
This Coordinator is comfortable both creating production artwork as well as communicating and trafficking the work to internal and external stakeholders. They will maintain relationships, understand company goals and strategies and stay close to the “realization phase” of approved designs. This role requires technical skills to execute pixel-perfect mechanical files as well as the ability to communicate, time manage, and be a team player throughout the production process. Strong aesthetic sensibility, organization mindset, collaborative attitude, and design execution skills are crucial.

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently communicate between stakeholders and be accountable for sharing time-sensitive information
• Traffic production files for approvals internally and with vendors for on-time, error-free delivery
• Implement processes to understand / anticipate the project needs and to exceed expectations
• Anticipate / solve potential issues and provide conflict resolution
• Assess practices to identify opportunities for greater efficiency and speedy delivery
• Archive completed jobs and keep resource files up to date on server/DAM
• Ensure deliverables meet budget and time commitments without compromising design excellence
• Work within the creative team to produce final artwork to be used in Hint packaging as well as some digital projects
• Creatively interpret brand guidelines for development and execution of final art
• Execute design sketches / prototypes and provide specifications
• Build / maintain collaborative and effective relationships
• Maintain an organized set of files, utilizing our project management systems and file servers

Requirements

• Creative self-starter and ability to work independently with little oversight
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Expert in packaging specifications and production
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop
• Familiar with Project Management and Asset Organization tools
• Able to manage their own workload while seeking out personal development and growth
• A fast and flexible go-getter who jumps on new opportunities and has a natural aptitude for collaboration
• 3-5 years of design experience
• Know how to read a brief and take ideas from concept to execution
• Ability to work under minimal supervision but maintain a collaborative spirit
• Must have previous CPG or beauty packaging experience
• Some retouching skills
• Fast / efficient developing Design and Artwork turnovers
• Strong organizational mindset
