The Operations Analyst for Clinical Products is a critical role and instrumental part of the CVS Health organization. This role will work cross-functionally to facilitate data management, analysis, and reporting capabilities that inform day-to-day operations of our nursing team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to key areas outlined below:
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 43,700
Maximum: 100,000
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

- Regularly assess data quality, identify issues, and support resolution
- Assist with ad-hoc analysis; produce insights to support root cause analyses
- Collaborate with data engineering and IT partners to enhance source data models
- Provide critical support in the collection, processing, validation, and integration of data from disparate sources
- Refresh internal and client-facing reporting; ensure final deliverables are complete and accurate
- Contribute to the development of a data management and reporting roadmap
- Contribute to the development of internal dashboards that meet the needs of business and operational end users
- Support the development of product requirements that enable data collection, reporting, and analysis
- Assist with streamlining, optimizing, and automating data management and reporting processes

Required Qualifications
1-3 years of overall experience in the following:
- Experience translating business questions into thoughtful data analysis and/or visualization.
- Self-starter and able to work independently.
- Ability to learn new technology and applications quickly.
- Well organized and able to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
- Intermediate-to-advanced experience with Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, regression analysis, and VLOOKUP's.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills; very detail oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience writing SQL.
- Healthcare related experience. Familiarity with Epic is wonderful.
- Experience with Tableau Desktop and/or Tableau Prep.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
