As we have just recently launched in the US, this ground-floor opportunity will afford excellent growth opportunities as we quickly scale the business. We have aggressive targets given our incredible success in the Japanese market and our strong funding, so we are looking for people with aggressive goals who desire career advancement based on their performance, capacity, and desire to level up.
The Role:
We are seeking a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager to join our team and lead a product domain. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally to build innovative products. You’ll have end-to-end responsibilities across the product development lifecycle, including post-launch measurement and ongoing product iteration. You’ll report directly to the Head of Product.
The successful candidate will be an experienced PM who works hard, learns quickly, gets stuff done, and collaborates well with others.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers to ensure our product is easy to learn, easy to use, and delivers compelling value that drives regular user engagement.
- Communicate your product domain’s strategy, roadmap, dependencies, and challenges to the company’s leadership and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams – including Sales, Legal Content, Marketing and Growth – to align product priorities with our customers’ needs and business objectives
- Define and develop innovative products and features, including both new capabilities and enhancements to our existing offerings.
- Partner closely with US and Japan Engineering teams in an iterative and fast-paced development environment to deliver cutting-edge products that delight our customers
Qualifications & Competencies
- Bias to Action: You’re very proactive – in communicating with the team, generating ideas, and resolving issues. You don’t wait to be told the next steps. You rally yourself and others around a shared vision to keep the trains running and to deliver awesome products in a timely manner.
- Problem Solving: You can quickly understand, break down, and synthesize complex topics. You have a solution-oriented mindset, and you’re comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- Product Sense: You have experience managing a product development process from end-to-end. You deeply understand design-thinking, make data-driven decisions, and always focus on customer needs in your daily product management responsibilities.
- Communication: You’re an excellent written and verbal communicator. Your product documentation, emails, and messages are clear, succinct, and well-structured. You can effectively present your ideas verbally to a diverse audience, and you actively listen to others.
- Experience in AI and/or ML product development
- Great-to-Have but Not Required:Experience in the legal or legaltech space (especially contract review)
- Resourcefulness: You’re relentlessly resourceful. You get things done despite roadblocks, constraints, or setbacks.
- Experience: You have 3+ years of product management experience.
- Japanese language skills

Salary & Benefits
- The reasonably estimated base salary for this role ranges from $130-$170K annually. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experiences.
