Part-Time 20 hours per week
Remote USA - Contract 3 months
$90-$95 per hour
The Product Manager (Conversion Optimization) will be responsible for shaping and styling every aspect of our marketplace experience, from the conception of new features to the execution of your design vision. Responsibilities

• Build an experience that encourages customers to purchase
• Manage integration of new channels and prioritize based on return of investment new channels.
• Be responsible for features and products from inception to end of life
• Work directly with our Software Engineers and Designers to design and develop features whose business impact can be clearly measured
• Manage conversion tracking and A/B testing
• Foster a data-driven and agile work environment, constantly testing new ideas and innovations and measuring their impact to maximize value for our members and partners
• Own product objectives including those relating to member conversion and acquisition
• Optimize our processes to help our developers work as effectively as possible
• Develop and oversee product roadmaps

Desired Skills And Experience

• Strong user experience instincts and appreciation of visual design aesthetics
• Ability to think creatively about analytics & measurement, user research, and business cases to drive product decisions
• 5 years + experience of product management experience, preferably in a consumer-facing/ ecommerce product environment
• Strong technical abilities and ability to work closely with engineers
• Exceptional organization and analytical skills
• Exceptional written & oral communication skills
