Product Data Entry Specialist Jobs

Suggest enhancements to content management systems and data entry workflow

Experience with Product Information Management, Content Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, Salesforce or equivalent solutions

Curate and manage customer-facing product information

Experience in Visual Basic (or any scripting language), .Net, CSS Files, HTML is a plus but not required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Information Technology or Statistics will be preferred

Obtain product data and images from Suppliers, Catalogs, 3rd party representatives and/or internal teams, process to our required formats

Daily execution of data tasks/data entry

Gather, manage and distribute product attributes and images from various data sources

Determine data to be syndicated based on customer and business requirements

Bring new partner data requirements forward to the data syndication team for approval and design

Develop and end-to-end understanding of product knowledge and potential data gaps and accuracy concerns

Ability to leverage analytical and organizational skills to achieve results

Skilled in Excel and MS Office

Experience working with third party suppliers or vendors

Inventory, Retail, or Supply Chain Data Analysis Experience

Working with 3rd party suppliers to exchange data and coordinate activation of items/products

Collecting and Mapping Product Data including but not limited to: Sold by, Number of products, Supplier data, SKU, etc.

Verifying various data fields for product mapping/EDI

Strong organizational and time management skills

Good typing and data entry skills

Performing data entry and maintaining databases

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Previous experience with dealing with large volume products

Proficient in Excel - intermediate level is a must
