Product Planning Data Analyst Jobs

3+ years of product development experience is required and/or apparel experience with a record of managing product from concept to completion

Previous experience with ERP and PLM software 

Build and manage product planning tools that tie directly to and support financial plans while driving global product strategies.

Manage and communicate planning and reporting against multiple overlapping seasons of product creation calendars.

Experience in product forecasting, statistical modeling, and/orstrategic planning

High organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.

Build reporting and business analysis on a monthly, seasonal, annual cadence to directly support product planning and strategic implementation.

Ability to use various planning, managing, reporting tools (PLM systems, Tableau, Power Bi, etc…).

Applying this understanding and knowledge of data to help product and services teams

Previous experience in an analytical role creating impactful solutions

A strong background or education in a quantitative discipline

Great skills with Python, SQL or other programming languages

Evidence of strong mathematical and statistics knowledge

Strong experience with additional programming languages, such as Java, Scala, or C++

Responsible for supporting the assigning, scheduling, and completing notifications/emergent work and follow up based on Vegetation Management internal metrics

Ability to prioritize, track status and provide management with reports.

Three or more years of experience reviewing, analyzing and processing requests and data from multiple sources and databases.

Experience in supporting team of contractors and managing, scheduling and follow up with internal and external contractors for notifications.

Experience with Microsoft Excel performing intermediate functions such as creating pivot tables, filtering/sorting, and VLOOKUP’s.

One or more years of experience working with an Enterprise Resource System (ERP).

4-5 years' work experience in analytics or data science.

Experience converting business and product questions into data-focused analysis questions.

Experience with advanced SQL, querying from big-data repositories, not just relational databases.

Experience pulling data from very large, sometimes unstructured datasets and using statistics and aggregations to arrive at an answer.

Experience in scripting with SQL, extracting & summarizing from large sets of data, and design of ETL workflows.

Experience with code notebooks such as Jupyter .

3+ years of experience analyzing and interpreting data in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Experience with in Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, Tableau, or similar tools for data analysis and visualization.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to turn insights into actions.

Experience with DTC web app or mobile app.

Experience in digital health or telehealth.

Full remote position with occasional travel.

Experience working with and analyzing complex datasets including QA, querying, summarizing, visualizing and reporting findings.

Outstanding SQL skills and experience performing deep data analysis on multiple database platforms.

A minimum of bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) or commensurate hands-on experience is required.

Strong expertise in all aspects of data movement technologies (ETL/ELT) and experience with schedulers.

Experience with DevOps, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery. Developing and deploying pipelines preferred.

Typically requires general and/or vocational training plus 2 to 4 years of related experience.

4+ years of proven experience in driving results with a strong understanding of the financial services industry.

Outstanding analytical skills including the ability to assess data flows and identify root causes to identified issues

Previous experience in Treasury, Controllers or audit functions is preferred.

Previous experience in data-related disciplines or process flow mapping is preferred.

Work closely with Product Managers focused on specialized Datadog product areas.

Build and maintain dashboards and actionable visualizations to help Product Managers across Datadog make strategic, data-driven product decisions.

You have experience working with large product data sets and have either used or are interested in learning dbt and Python

Build and maintain data transformations and surface high-value data via Metabase, our Business Intelligence tool.

Run deep data analyses and investigations and participate in hypothesis-driven research into internal data.

Be an active part of the Product Analytics council and the Datadog-wide community of Data Analysts.

Domain knowledge/expertise in the supply management industry a plus

Support and lead the Master Data Management continuous improvement process.

Create and manage an effective project schedule

Systemic knowledge/ expertise with SAP & JDE a plus

Direct experience with experimentation design and A/B test measurement highly desirable

Experience creating executive-level dashboards using visualization tools like Looker (highly desired), Tableau, or PowerBI

Work with our technology partners and data engineers to ensure high-quality, usable data are captured to support reliable business analytics
