Salary - $110,000 to $120,000 + bonus & benefits

This leading food & beverages major is currently in a phase of extensive growth across all areas of the business. As part of this growth, the business is looking to add a Procurement Manager to the team to be the expert across the Ingredients category. You will lead a number of key procurement initiatives across the Ingredients Category, working closely with the C-Suite leaders to drive your strategies across the entire business.

The Procurement Manager for Ingredients will support the business and all their brands through this period of growth, you will create, implement and manage procurement strategies across your assigned category and work closely with the leadership team to reduce costs and maximize efficiency.

Key Targets and Responsibilities of the Procurement Manager:-

• Assess the current strategies in place across the Ingredients category to understand their financial impact and amend/implement new strategies where necessary
• Work closely with vendors across the Ingredients categories to ensure their onboarding and development
• Create, implement and manage brand new procurement strategies across your assigned categories, working closely with the C-suite team to ensure success

As the Procurement Manager in charge of the Ingredients category, you will work autonomously, being the expert within the category. You will be stepping into a highly agile business who are at the forefront of their industry , they are not only looking for someone to be successful in this position, but an ambitious individual who is looking for upward mobility.
