Job Description

Kane Partners is searching for a Procurement Manager for a design and manufacturing company in the industrial engineering industry.


· Develop and streamline the procurement process

· Negotiate with suppliers – including costs, terms and conditions, quality and delivery

· Knowledge and understanding of ERP and data systems is required

· Maintain open lines of communication with leadership teams in order to alert to any issues in procurement planning that could impact operations and make recommendations

· Help to define the Procurement Plan, prioritize activities and projects, and determine Procurement Excellence initiatives to be executed

· Manage risks (quality, security of supply, business impact) in the area of procurement and translate these into preventive and corrective actions
