The Physical Ability Test will be held on Saturday, August 12, 2023, after the entrance examination.\ \ The eligibility list created as a result of this examination will be effective from August 12, 2023 through February 12, 2024 unless exhausted before that date.\ \ The physical fitness assessment for the Entrance exam into the Lubbock Police Academy is a TIMED 2000 meter row. The score for this assessment is set at 25%. The score is calculated and based off of the applicants age, weight, and gender. There is NO set time for this assessment as each applicant is different.
