Position Summary:
Signet is seeking to hire a Senior Analystor Associate for a near-term start in its NYC office. The new hire will join the investment team and work directly with senior members of the firm. This is a rareopportunity to join a nimble and highly experienced team, which is currently deploying a new fund.Exceptional performers will have a long-term opportunity to grow within the firm.
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Conducting due diligence on potential investments
- Creating materials to build consensus across the Signet team and investment committee
- Assisting in portfolio company financial performance monitoring and quarterly valuations
- Developing financial models with various scenarios to reflect different investment/capital structures
- Other support that may be required by the senior investment team
- Monitoring and analysis of internal fund performance metrics
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of maturity and a strong work ethic
- At least two (2) years of finance experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Private Credit, or Accounting
- A Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic background
- Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills
- Intellectual curiosity and a commitment to professional development
- A passion for healthcare
- The ability to work autonomously and as a team player in a highly collaborative environment
