Private Equity Senior Analyst / Associate

Position Summary:

Signet is seeking to hire a Senior Analystor Associate for a near-term start in its NYC office. The new hire will join the investment team and work directly with senior members of the firm. This is a rareopportunity to join a nimble and highly experienced team, which is currently deploying a new fund.Exceptional performers will have a long-term opportunity to grow within the firm.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

• Conducting due diligence on potential investments
• Creating materials to build consensus across the Signet team and investment committee
• Assisting in portfolio company financial performance monitoring and quarterly valuations
• Developing financial models with various scenarios to reflect different investment/capital structures
• Other support that may be required by the senior investment team
• Monitoring and analysis of internal fund performance metrics

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A high level of maturity and a strong work ethic
• At least two (2) years of finance experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Private Credit, or Accounting
• A Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic background
• Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills
• Intellectual curiosity and a commitment to professional development
• A passion for healthcare
• The ability to work autonomously and as a team player in a highly collaborative environment
