Job Description

As President PE B2B Manufacturing of the Americas Strategic Business, a key member of the Global Executive and Commercial Segment leadership team, you will work directly with Enterprise/Segment Leadership Teams to create, implement, and lead a new innovation and sales team focused on Corporate Client’s vision of collaborative innovation and client enablement. This leader will rely on strategic and transformational experience to develop a capability and organization focused on innovative end to end commercial solutions. T


Key responsibilities:

  • Establishing a Corporate Accounts sales team who focus on enabling decision-makers and influencers through the implementation and customization of existing Corporate Client solutions (Engineering, B2B, Engineered Products, and Automation)

  • Tracking and reporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts and results across all segments; lead using data and transparently communicate strategy adjustments
  • Growing Corporate Client’s revenue through the development and sale of new solutions and approaches driven by the growth of Transformational Partnerships and Corporate Accounts
  • Collaborating to develop and execute the processes and structure needed to provide a seamless Corporate Client experience across Key Accounts, Corporate Accounts, and Transformational Partnerships
  • Developing a transformational, globally capability focused on innovation that will materially change the end to the end building process from the early conceptualization-to-building operation
  • Developing a strategy to identify Transformational Partnerships with influential leaders in the B2B industry seeking to innovate the building process
  • Implement a strategic selling process focused on prospecting through customer onboarding, in partnership with other Segment Leadership, Marketing, and our Customer Experience Management team
  • Assessing the opportunities, challenges, and resources to determine the optimum mix that maximizes results within budget constraints.
  • Driving process optimization, territory and quota plans, forecasting, and sales incentive planning
  • Establishing a customer-facing innovation team that will engage and contract with transformational partners
  • Implementing sales recruiting, on-boarding, and career path/development plans to attract and retain the best talent who will continuously improve sales results.
  • Creating a culture that expects to win and enjoys doing so with creativity, innovation, and a mindset to be a valued team player on the Commercial Segment team and a partner to potential customers


Ideal experience

  • This individual will bring a strong playbook of innovating and operating that creates an empowering culture
  • History of success identifying and developing solutions that leverage a range of products, in the B2B and B2C Industrial/Technology segments both direct to customer and through distribution
  • Background developing mid enterprise deals (from $20-50 Million+) and experience leading a diverse team
  • 5-8+ years of both operations/manufacturing and P&L Leadership experience preferably at a large enterprise focused on developing and commercializing new solutions in an industrial B2B environment

Past global experience and leading an end-to-end international sales & metric reporting process

  • Bright, dynamic, high energy individual with a strong work ethic and excellent verbal and written communication skills, who are interested in an entrepreneurial, collaborative work environment
  • Ability to recruit, develop, and retain “A” players to build highly effective teams
  • Utilizing the proficient use of CRM applications (Salesforce is a plus)
