Private Equity Analyst Jobs

We are looking for an analyst to join a boutique private equity fund specializing in the lower middle market companies. We focus on investments across the consumer, business services, and healthcare services industries. Our strategy includes traditional buyout investments, major and minority stake investments in addition to recapitalizations. We are a close-knit team looking for a dynamic young professional to join us in executing our strategy and managing our portfolio. An ideal candidate has 2-3 years of investment banking experience or at least one year on the buyside.

A strong candidate will also have an entrepreneurial work ethic and works well in a small team.

Qualifications:

• At least 2-3 year in Investment Banking or at least 1 year in private equity
• Detail oriented and comfortable working with clients or senior management
• Sector knowledge in all or some of the subvertical covered in our portfolio
• Capable of working independently but also as part of a dynamic team in a fast-moving environment
• Advanced valuation, mathematical and analytical skills coupled with strong attention to detail
• Strong technical skills: experience creating DCFs, LBOs, managing multiple work streams and creating high caliber marketing materials and presentations
