Presentation Specialist Jobs

MUST HAVE previous experience working as a FINANCIAL PESENTATION SPECIALIST in an Investment Bank IBD center. If you do not have previous experience doing this work or it is not listed on your resume you will not be considered for this position.

This position is remote. Please note this means it is required that you have a PC (NOT MAC) running Windows 10 and two monitors.

This position is a high-volume, fast-paced, workflow and a diverse team working remotely. Projects are received and returned electronically. This bank uses a workflow coordinator for some shifts. However, all specialists assume responsibility for communicating with our internal clients, proactively seeking solutions to issues that may arise, and handle the department’s workflow for themselves and other team members.

This position requires the use of MS Office suite and Adobe CC suite to create, design, layout, and edit presentations. Projects involve producing a variety of materials (e.g., pitch books, templates, covers, newsletters, teasers, etc.), graphical depictions of data, maps and illustrations. The specialist ensures all materials produced meet client standards, communicates directly with banking teams to determine/negotiate deadlines, and confirms job instructions/design requirements

As previously mentioned, this position is currently working remotely, so the following are required:

• Recent model of computer or laptop
• External keyboard
• Reliable Internet connection
• PC only, (NO Macs)
• 2 External monitors at least 19.5”
• External mouse

The Ideal Candidate

• Has familiar with Adobe CC Suite (Acrobat Pro/CC, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Must be a PowerPoint maven
• Possess a positive customer-service attitude
• Estimates work request completion time by determining complexity and volume
• Follow brand guidelines without becoming boring
• Has 2+ years previous experience working in a presentation center.
• Successfully interprets requirements for work requests
• Has a sense of urgency commensurate with the volume and speed of the workflow
• Practices professional phone and email etiquette
• Prioritizes work requests based on completion estimates, urgency and company guidelines
• Is solid working in and troubleshooting MS Word files
• Must be an expert in Excel charting (without custom automation)
• Is aware of MapInfo, OCR software and FactSet (preferred)
• Design ability and knowledge of Financial Services industry strongly preferred
• Is comfortable with basic Excel formulas and functions
• Successfully interprets all directives given for a specific project

Additional Requirements

• All candidates are expected to complete a two-week training period during 1st shift, before beginning a longer-term schedule
