The Prep Packaging Lead is expected to support the Sr Packaging Manager & Packaging Supervisor in overseeing the Prep Team in the Packaging Department. This person will ensure the responsibilities, rules, and QC standards are executed, with a commitment to 710Labs core values of Quality over Everything.
Duties & Responsibilities

• Help the other packaging rooms reach department goals
• Ensuring all packaging worked on is provided
• Communicates any performance or production concerns to supervisor/manager
• Able to work with other departments and help out if needed
• Provides training and development to new and existing employees
• Print all stickers required for the Prep team.
• Directs and assigns work to employees to achieve goals.
• Leads, guides, and communicates to employees in a professional manner
• Update packaging logs, packaging trackers and daily ERP updates
• Notifies supervisor/manager of any equipment failures and supply needs for the department
• Ensure all employees are following General SOPs and Boxing SOPs
• Notifies supervisor/manager of any packaging issues including damage or contamination
• Restock materials and products daily (boxes, caps, medal disks, tools, etc)
• Attend meetings with Management when requested
• Ensure the department maintains a clean working environment
• Prep the materials out for the team each morning and throughout the day as needed
• Ensuring all required paperwork is given

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask effectively
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Detail oriented with an eye on process improvement and optimization
• Able to work on feet for 8 hours
• Able to work in a cold refrigerated room for extended periods of time
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Able to lift 50lbs
• 1-2 years of management, supervisor, or lead experience

Compensation + Benefits

• Benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, Life/AD&D, 401K with company match, paid time off, and holidays.
• Pay Range: $22.00/hour - $24.00/hour
