PAY RANGE: $24.50-$25.48/hour

JOB PURPOSE:
Dumpling Preps are responsible for preparing, assembling, closing, and steaming the dumplings for the guest. Dumpling chefs work from a show kitchen and thus must maintain a clean, groomed, and professional appearance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
