How Did We Serve You is now offering a paperless patient intake process for any type of medical office (doctor, dentist, eye doctor, specialist, dermatologist, etc) that requires:

NO SOFTWARE

NO IT PROFESSIONAL

Any practice can afford this.

Not only are paper forms clumsy and expensive, but they are also usually unreadable. You may have perfect handwriting, but I don't, and I would hate to have to be the office staff that has to read and transcribe what I wrote. And this is my medical information, it's IMPORTANT!

With our program, setup is a breeze. With an office tablet or with the patient using their own cell phone, they can fill out their HIPAA compliant forms which are then immediately sent wherever the medical practice wants them, including an attached PDF that can be viewed, printed out, or both, and used by office staff to input the patient's information in perfectly legible print!

PDFs can then be stored.

We need reps with experience speaking to medical practices. This is an inexpensive sale that pays a 40% commission and residual yearly income.
