Team overview:
The Content Platform Product Team at TikTok focuses on building a global content management and operation platform that provide multiple capabilities to contribute on content growth. We are looking for experienced product managers who can solve complex problems across time zones, and have the spirit of exploration to actively discover the needs and problems of our users. We expect you to find solutions and create opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end ownership of the product design of the global operations and content strategy platform. Collect requirements from various markets, dig out pain points for content growth, propose solutions and design best practices;
- Work closely with R&D, design, algorithm and operations teams, able to independently own projects, including launching new platform features, delivering training to internal clients, and product iteration;
- Devise applicable metrics and efficiently align stakeholders to achieve objectives;
- Pay continuous attention to the efficiency of each platform module, carry out product model innovation and iteration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, 3+ years of experience in internet platform products, content understanding/content operation/content strategy/platforms/CRM/ERP are preferred;
- Strong in product planning and interactional design, sensitive to user experience;
- Excellent in communication and project management, able to work under pressure and solve complex problems;
- Data-oriented, logical and self-motivated.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $148000 - $235000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
