Regional Manager Job Purpose:

To manage a portfolio of multi-family real estate assets and assist staff in making decisions in the day to day operations. The successful candidate will be a strategically minded individual with strong interpersonal skills and extensive experience managing physical assets through their entire lifecycle.

Regional Manager Job Duties:

· Manage cash flow and budgets

· Monitor and track occupancy levels, review leasing incentives

· Develop / monitor marketing strategies and competitor market data

· Assess and manage risks associated with current assets

· Work to maximize returns and minimize losses on assets

· Work collaboratively with property managers

· Travel to property sites as needed for overview

· Serve as decision maker for tenant / landlord concerns

· Foster and maintain positive client relationships

· Review and monitor property curb appeal

· Track maintenance issues and ensure they are resolved in a timely, cost effective manner
