Plant Manager Jobs

Our client, a leading baked goods company, is currently seeking an accomplished Plant Manager to join the team. Here is an overview of the role:

1) Plan, organize, lead and execute the needs in a highly productive manufacturing environment

2) Manage the facility by conducting regular assessments, spot checks, refining processes and regularly reviewing regulatory requirements and safety compliance

3) Participate and support HAACP, food safety, food defense and internal auditor programs

4) Drive lean initiatives and be the main advocate for continuous improvement culture

5) Manage warehousing space to ensure it is used efficiently and in a manner that supports safe and productive activities

6) Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards and programs, including supporting audits and any other regulatory activities

7) Maintain a safe and healthy work environment

8) Comply with the company’s policies and procedures

9) Perform other duties as assigned

Critical Requirements

1) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)

2) Recent experience in the baked goods industry is strongly preferred

3) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in manufacturing management

Compensation and Other Details

Base Salary: Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience
