Plant Maintenance Engineer

Description:

This opportunity is with a specialty chemical manufacturer that is located 30 miles north of Philadelphia right across the Delaware River in New Jersey. This role is at a medium sized facility that operates 24/7 using both batch and continuous processes to manufacture specialty chemicals used in industries such as consumer products and industrial materials. It is mostly DCS automated with plans to improve overall infrastructure moving forward. You'll provide technical leadership for the maintenance department focusing on program developments, improvements, and troubleshooting. You'll work with rotating and fixed equipment such as storage tanks, reactors, pumps, valves with key focuses on the Preventative Maintenance plans that are managed through SAP. There are 5 Maintenance Technicians on site.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years experience out of chemicals, coatings, or closely related
• Experience with rotating equipment and preventative maintenance is required
• B.S. Mechanical, Maintenance, or Industrial Engineering
