Photographer - San Antonio, Tx

This position will photograph, process and maintain photography databases of all inventory and model homes and communities in their assigned area. This individual will work closely with the Divisional Marketing Manager and Regional Marketing Manager on department wide projects, as needed.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Utilizie photo-editing software to edit photos to be in line with company standards.
• Maintain photo database using structured filing system and naming conventions.
• Shoot exterior and interior photographs and videos of inventory homes and model homes for use on company websites, flyers, multiple listing service, company photo databases etc.
• Process photos and videos and upload to appropriate photo files/databases.
• Track mileage and complete weekly mileage reimbursement request form.
• Provide care and maintenance of digital camera, equipment and laptop.
• Occasional photography of employees, events and company functions.
• Must sometimes complete projects with very short notice under extreme time constraints.

Qualifications

• Current, valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation.
• Requires at least 2 years of relevant photography experience.
• Advanced working knowledge of digital camera and equipment.
• Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred in Communications, Journalism, Advertising or Public Relations.
• Portfolio required.
