SIRG, a division of PGIM Investments, consists of Portfolio Consulting Services, Investment Strategy, Portfolio Construction, and Trade, Operations & Technology. SIRG was founded over 30 years ago to serve Prudential Financials’ wealth management divisions. Today, SIRG provides services to a wide range of Prudential Financials’ businesses, ranging from basic research and reporting to full-service platform consulting and discretionary multi-manager portfolio management. SIRG provides research to platforms with over $360 billion in assets and serves as portfolio managers to over $84 billion in asset allocation mandates. The Portfolio Construction team is accountable for asset allocation portfolios and model portfolios.

What You Can Expect

We are actively pursuing an Investment Operations Associate to join the SIRG Operations Team in support of Portfolio Management. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between Portfolio Construction and external asset managers. The role is responsible for monitoring and executing mutual funds and ETF trade activity with SIRG managed asset allocation portfolios. Additional responsibilities include support of new business and providing SIRG with ad hoc trade reporting. Additional duties may include:

• Daily trade and cash reconciliations
• Process timely and accurate trade executions
• Portfolio management support and reporting
• Business continuation planning, testing, and implementation
• New product launch coordination

• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and individually
• Self-motivated and proactive; willingness and strong desire to learn
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Investment industry preferred
• Bachelor’s degree, required
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 product suite

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $60,000 to $75,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
