Our mission is to create a new model that enables manufacturers to bypass the legacy luxury supply chain and deliver luxury goods with equivalent or better quality directly to consumers. Our customers come to rely on Italic for our quality, timeless design, and radical value.
We are seeking a talented and experienced Performance Marketing Associate to join our team as a Paid Search specialist. • Analyze campaign data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
  • Develop and present regular reports on campaign performance to the marketing team and senior leadership.
Testing and Experimentation
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in paid search advertising and apply them to our campaigns.
  • Develop and execute A/B and multivariate testing strategies to improve campaign performance.
Requirements:
Soft Skills:
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with A/B and multivariate testing methodologies and tools.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads and Bing Ads, with a deep understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics platforms.
Mentality:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Passion for performance marketing and eagerness to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices.
Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience in managing campaigns across multiple platforms and channels.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in paid search advertising, with a proven track record of driving results for e-commerce or online businesses.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing methodologies and tools.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. If you meet the qualifications and are interested in this opportunity, please submit your resume and cover letter for consideration.
