Our client, a dynamic and growing agency, is looking for a Paid Media Manager to join their paid media team of Paid Search, Social, and Programmatic experts. We are seeking candidates with solid experience in full-time SEM campaign development, with any Paid Social a plus, from within an agency capacity. The Manager will work to develop, manage, optimize, and report on paid media campaigns for a variety of consumer accounts at this progressive agency, known for its employee-centric corporate culture. The agency is casting a wide net for talent and is open to candidates working remotely from ET, CT, and MT time zones.

Desired Experience And Skills
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and abilities:
- Social platforms: Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, and Twitter.
- Professional Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Digital Media, with a focus on managing Paid Search campaigns. Experience in an agency or Digital marketing environment is preferred.
- Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally.
- Innovative Approach: Demonstrated success in improving Paid Search campaign performance through innovative strategies, testing, creative thinking, and leveraging technology.
- Positive Team Player: Possesses a positive, energetic, and competitive nature, actively contributing to a strong sense of teamwork and working respectfully and efficiently with all team members.
- Paid Search Expertise: Proven track record of managing Paid Search campaigns on Google and Microsoft Ads, including Search, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max, and Display.
- Google Marketing Platform tools: GA4, GTM, SA360, DV360, etc.
- Office 365 Proficiency: Extensive experience with Office 365, particularly advanced skills in Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and VLOOKUPs.
- Self-Directed and Fast-Paced: Capable of consistently executing tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while demonstrating self-direction and accountability.
- Additional Digital Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with various digital platforms is a plus, including:
- Programmatic and Paid Social Experience: Experience in executing and monitoring Programmatic and Paid Social efforts is advantageous, with knowledge of DV360, Meta, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Project Management Skills: Strong project management abilities and understanding of key performance indicators, goals, and objectives in Paid Media. Familiarity with consumer marketing, demand generation, content production, and marketing/sales funnels.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Highly skilled in analyzing, interpreting, and summarizing data across multiple platforms and objectives.
