As a People and Culture Manager In Training at The Beverly Hills Hotel, your compensation will be $27.30 per hour.

• Our People & Culture Manager In Training will actively coordinate and participate in property-wide employee relations activities on a monthly or bi-monthly

• Our People & Culture Manager In Training supports our People and Culture team in overseeing our Employee Stay Perks and our company wide recognition platform, DC Legends.

• Participation in special projects as assigned by People and Culture leaders is essential; including but not limited to Learning & Development projects, Diversity Equity Inclusion & Belonging projects, Benefits projects, Recruitment projects, Audits and more.

• Our People and Culture Manager In Training assists with new hire onboarding.

• Our hotels are truly luxury hotels. This requires preventing and correcting the imperfections and blemishes that tend to come up. Our People & Culture Coordinator is relied upon to report these and work with several other positions to correct.

• Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. Our People & Culture Coordinator must communicate with other departments and extended hotel team in order to ensure the alignment remains.

The items shared are essential. However, to ensure consistency, our People & Culture Coordinator is provided with specifics on how we care for their department and our hotel. Manual dexterity and coordination are required to operate office equipment. Stand or sit for prolonged periods of time. Occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach and twist, Lift, carry, push, and/or pull light (10 lbs) to moderate amounts (up to 30 pounds) of weight; Operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard. The noise level in the work environment is typical of most office environments.

• One year of People and Culture experience is strongly preferred
