We are seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to help support our high performing P&C team for a 6 week contract opportunity!


Some of the things we’d like you to do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests (such as onboarding, benefit package, pay and handbook/policy inquiries).
  • Provide support to the People and Culture leadership on all P&C projects.
  • File and maintain employee documents into appropriate personnel files.
  • Other duties or special projects as assigned.
  • Own the onboarding process for all new hires, including but not limited to background check initiation, offer letter creation, Form I-9 completion, and post-hire check-in meetings.
  • Maintain and keep employee data consistent across multiple Human Resource Information Systems.
  • Own all benefits administration and partner with Finance on all payroll-related activities
  • Generate custom and ad hoc reporting.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $26.00/hr - 32.00/hr. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, expertise, and organizational impact. This is based on a 40-hour workweek and leveling. Keep in mind, we're flexible.
