Payroll Equity Analyst Jobs

and Responsibilities:

As a Payroll Equity Lead, you will participate in the successful delivery of day-to-day payroll equity operations using our in-house payroll system to process equity transactions and guarantee adherence with federal and state reporting requirements. You will use critical thinking, strong excel skills and your knowledge/experience of payroll, tax and equity to process and audit transactions of varying degrees of complexity; equity transactions involving multiple states. You will adhere to strict deadlines for daily stock operations and may require to work outside of normal business hours.

We think it will make a big (positive) difference if you have:

· 2+ Years experience using Workday System

· SME in Payroll equity reporting /compliance, or willing to become an expert

· Experience working directly with Employee populations and responding to inquiries

· Process documentation experience

· Post-IPO payroll reporting experience

· Experience with payroll reconciliations

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint

Hours/Days (M-F 8-5): M-F 8am - 5pm w/ sporadic OT
