The Role: Patient Scheduling Representative – Home Health, Waterville
MaineGeneral Health is currently seeking a dedicated professional to join our team of Patient Scheduling representatives for our Home Health team in Waterville Maine.
The Opportunity:
MaineGeneral Health has an exciting opportunity for you to join our team of professionals as a Patient Scheduling Representatives to accurately coordinate scheduling of patient care. In this role you will works closely with patients to meet scheduling needs and resolve issues on a timely basis.
The Work:
  • Performs administrative duties such as answering calls, data entry, and meeting coordination.
  • Accurately processes admissions, discharges, transfers, and resumptions of care.
  • Accurately coordinates scheduling of patient care. Works closely with patients to meet scheduling needs and resolve issues on a timely basis.
  • Performs all duties consistent with MGH values and standards. Must have excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.

  • Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
