Patient Scheduler, Pediatric Therapy

Description

We are looking for a Patient Scheduler, Pediatric Therapy to join our pediatric therapy team at Arlington Heights!

This position will work 3 days out of our Arlington Heights center and 2 days out of our Naperville center.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:30am-6:30pm

Our kids are at the center of everything we do here at North Shore Pediatric Therapy! As a Patient Scheduler, you will be responsible for managing the client's experience from beginning through end, until each client is highly satisfied, whether active or inactive. This involves understanding the clients’ needs and leveraging all the benefits that the client can get from North Shore Pediatric Therapy’s multidisciplinary environment.

Your role as a Patient Scheduler

As a Member Of Our Team, You Will

• Attends weekly Huddle meetings in center
• Ensure that any service inquiries are answered and that follow-up is made as needed
• Maintain daily volume of phone calls and emails
• Review client's account to accuracy and document all client communication
• Send welcome email packets to Activations
• Coordinate the therapists' schedule at the beginning of each week based on clients' needs and the therapists' productivity requirements

You will meet members of our clinical team (your future co-workers!) and this interview may also include a brief observation of a therapy session. By the end of the interview process, you should have a sense of who we are and how you will be teaching our kiddos to blossom.
