Part-Time Social Media Coordinator

Located in Denton, Texas, Golden Triangle Mall is a 765,000 square-foot enclosed shopping center featuring more than 90 national retailers, specialty shops and restaurants.

Golden Triangle Mall is managed by Weitzman, a leader in commercial management and development services. Weitzman has an immediate opening for a Part-Time Social Media Coordinator at Golden Triangle Mall.

In this role, you will manage the mall’s social media accounts through the creation and execution of digital marketing strategies to inform, advertise, and attract public interest. Success in this role will be demonstrated by generating relevant and engaging social media posts to expand brand awareness, internet traffic, and sales.

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Create infographics and other appealing visuals
• Maintain awareness with the latest social media platform developments
• Produce, review, and publish content based on customer feedback and competitive research on industry trends and popular culture
• Interact with the online community to provide quality customer service and enhance user engagement
• Write and review press releases, newsletters, blogs, and other content
• Secure social media passwords
• Schedule social media posts and monitor relevant news and content
• Maintain strict adherence with established marketing guidelines to uphold an accurate online representation of the company
• Track key metrics such as audience engagement, impressions, reach, referrals, and conversions
• Create and manage lead generation ads across different platforms
• Assist and lead all special events

Qualifications

• Working knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and other editing tools
• Highly proficient in MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative and innovative
• Social media marketing experience
• Solid editing and presentation skills
• Availability to work some holidays (i.e. Black Friday, etc.)
