Organizational Change Management Consultant (Workplace Design)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Organizational Change Management Consultant to lead one or potentially two transformation initiatives. The primary focus of this role will be to lead and manage the relocation of employees from their current locations to other buildings with an open floor plan. You will be responsible for creating change management and communication plans and serving as the driving force behind this organizational change. This initiative is the priority and will require roughly 20 hours per week.

Additionally, if interested the second initiative involves leading change management efforts related to behavioral change in selling products and services. Again, you would create the change management and communication plans. This second priority would also be roughly 20 hours per week.

Duration: Through December 31ST with possible extension. The client may consider contract to hire but is open to candidates who wish to stay on as consultants.

Hours: roughly 20 hours per week, closer to full time if you are interested in working on both initiatives.

Location: The ideal consultant will be able to go onsite to Milwaukee, WI at least once per week. The client will consider someone non-local if they are willing to travel occasionally throughout the duration of the contract.

Start Date: As soon as possible

Experience Required:

• Strong experience creating change management and communication plans
• Proven experience in leading and managing organizational change management initiatives, particularly in the context of location changes and workspace transformations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders to quickly understand the organizational objectives, challenges and impacts associated with the change initiatives
• Strong business acumen and 10+ years of business experience
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
• Familiarity with behavioral change principles and strategies

The pay range for this is $80.00 to $100.00 per hour W2. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
