Senior Organizational Change Practitioner

Title: Organizational Change Management Consultant

Location: Madison, WI (onsite hybrid will be required)

Type: Long, long-term contract

In this OCM Practitioner role, you'll handle customer/stakeholder analysis, build relationships and gain commitment. You will develop solutions and plans, set priorities, and escalate issues when needed. You'll obviously need to be an active and highly proficient communicator, to adapt to appropriate interpersonal styles and techniques to gain acceptance and influence thinking. You will manage your priorities for multiple activities, ensuring deadlines are met and that follow-up is complete.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of very large, complex, enterprise-level change initiative experience, such as an enterprise-wide change, such as a new ERP implementation
• Project Management experience for maintaining project schedules, metrics, etc.
• SAP implementation project experience is a plus
• Experience developing a change management network
• Able to craft an approach, plan, and facilitate specifically for the situation
• 7+ years of OCM practitioner experience
• A solid understanding of Change Management processes (Prosci, Kotter, or others, etc) and when/how to use those.
• Have an understanding of tools, methods, and models used in leading and managing change
• Experience developing change management assessments for impact, stakeholders, readiness, and change impact
