Job Description
The Library Assistant performs a variety of basic support duties for the Ca on City Public Library, including assisting patrons find materials, checking materials in/out, and assisting in the processing and cleaning of materials, shelving and book/materials collection maintenance and keeps collections organized and in proper order.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High School Diploma, or equivalent Experience in a customer service setting. Have a valid Colorado Driver\'s License, or the ability to obtain one within sixty (60) days of employment with a driving record acceptable to the City of Canon City.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends.
