Part-Time Front Office Assistant

This position will be the face of the front office and will be responsible for creating a good first impression, as well as maintaining a strong and healthy working relationship with employees, customers, vendors, and technicians by greeting and assisting all visitors and by contributing to activities that increase the efficiency and integrity of the front office on a consistent basis. This role with report to the Human Resources Manager and will support administrative functions across departments that pertain to and assist in, the organization and maintenance of the front office.

• Ability to communicate with all levels of management and employees to ensure internal customer satisfaction.
• Ability to function as a team player and demonstrate a positive work behavior with employees and management.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work alone or with limited supervision while ensuring tasks are completing in a timely manner.
• Attention to detail required, to ensure documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Must maintain confidentiality concerning all information and matters within the department, plant, and company.
