Appointment Scheduler-Part Time

The Appointment Scheduler role is responsible for scheduling patient appointments of clinic and rehab services. This position is responsible for accurately scheduling individual and recurrent appointments, while providing excellent customer service. This role will work collaboratively with other departments to ensure patient needs are met in a timely manner.

Hours: M 8am-5pm and T-F 10a-2p

Qualifications:

· Graduation from High School or equivalent

· Office setting and computer experience required

· Medical background preferred

· The employee must possess physical capabilities at least in an amount equal to the physical demands made by the job:

· Medium work: lifting 50-lbs. Maximum with moderate lifting and / or carrying of objects weighing up to 10lbs

· This individual spends 95% of his/her time inside an air-conditioned area
