Position Overview

As a board certified or eligible OBGYN Generalist at Northwest Permanente, you would join our highly collaborative team of clinicians and physicians. You must be OBGYN board-certified or eligible, or MIS trained.

$293,000 to $379,000 – Projected Annual Total Rewards Value*

• Salary: $230,310 to $279,810 prorated to 0.9 FTE
• 90%+ employer paid health plan
• Paid annual education leave + $1.8K annual education allowance
• 21% employer contribution to retirement programs, including pension (This is not a match; NWP contributes an additional 21% of clinician earnings to retirement programs regardless of employee contribution)

In addition to Projected Annual Total Rewards value, New Hire Incentives include:

• Relocation allowance - up to $15K
