What You'll Do?
Develop holistic approach to lounge criteria
- Associated rates/pricing based on location and experience
- What does a PP lounge experience mean
- Develop and own quality control program to monitor customer feedback and partner compliance with PP program
Identify and lead development of new “partnership” revenue generating opportunities such as:
- Anchor partner strategy
- Ops support with lounge purchases, accounting, access systems, waitlist, etc. where Collinson has share of the savings
- Lounge certification program every 2-3 years
Planning
- Generating ideas for partnerships and partners
Management
- Work with Partner Managers to resolve any issues
- Engagement with Partner Managers to ensure KPIs of partnership are met
Market Awareness
- Be Subject Matter Expert on lounge standards both with Collinson partners as well as competitors
- Obtain and share market insight
- Regularly investigate and report on competitive landscape and new trends
What You'll Need?
- Passionate about partnerships and interested in results and improving their performance
- A natural self-starter with ambition, lots of enthusiasm and a personality to match
- Confident with good communication skills and a team player
- Results driven
- Proactive and diligent with a positive attitude
Knowledge
- Inherent understanding of partnership marketing strategies and benefits
- Ahead of industry trends and partnership insights, particularly in Airport and Travel sectors.
- A sound geographical knowledge and understanding of international travel patterns
Skills:
- Great negotiator
- Proven ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously
- Prior experience using Salesforce.com, an advantage
- Excellent attention to detail to deliver work of a high-quality standard
- Proactive, assertive and ability to use initiative
- Must be multi-lingual with fluent written and spoken Portuguese, Spanish and English (a plus)
- Appreciation of managing stakeholder expectations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- The ability to prioritize tasks and work to strict deadlines
- Willingness to travel as required (Domestic and International) – 20-30% or more
- Excellent presentation skills
- Good relationship development skills and a team player
Experience:
- A previous role within travel and/or airport retail sectors desired
- 5+ years in hospitality management ideally in a commercial role
- Must demonstrate strong commercial experience in last 2 roles
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus.
- Track record of introducing and holding suppliers to minimum quality country standards is a must
