We are looking for a talented Events, Communications, and Partnership Specialist to join our team and drive our success in the North American market!
About the role:
Events Planning & Execution: Strategize and organize a diverse range of events, such as industry conferences, partner events, webinars, client events, and networking opportunities. Coordinate our sales team's attendance at industry and partner events to maximize opportunities and exposure.
Partnership Development: Collaborate with our existing industry partnerships to execute on current plans and explore new opportunities for growth. Identify potential new partnerships to expand our reach and achieve our business growth targets.
Client Communications: Take ownership of developing and executing our communication strategy for our current client base. Ensure our clients are engaged, informed, and supported, minimizing churn, and enhancing their overall experience with our company.
Reporting and Budget Management: Provide weekly and monthly reports to support the team's decision-making process. Manage event and partnership budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
Campaign Management: Create briefs and collaborate with our internal marketing team to produce compelling communication materials and content for the market.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, establishing yourself as a trusted subject matter expert.
Innovation: Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to the table, identifying new partnerships and opportunities that drive growth in the North American market.
About you:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced marketing role.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using various communication tools and platforms.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster long-term relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Proven experience in brief writing and evaluating or writing copy.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative and ever-evolving environment, embracing change and innovation.
- Marketing, Advertising, or Communications qualifications are highly regarded.
- Demonstrated experience in event planning and execution.
