Job Description
Minster, OH - Part Time Office Assistant


Seeking part time Office Assistant to perform general administrative tasks at our Minster OH location for coverage during a maternity leave (timeframe of mid-December to March). This is an excellent opportunity for a high school or college student looking for a flexible schedule.


Every day you will assist in...


  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Inventory and restocking of office supplies
  • Other administrative tasks as time allows
  • Assist in travel arrangements
  • Greeting and directing all incoming visitors and phone calls
  • Data entry and compiling reports


To thrive in this role, you...


  • Ability to work 15-20 hours per week in general timeframe of 10am - 4pm (this is flexible)
  • Have excellent computer skills especially in Microsoft Excel
  • Focus on attention to detail and accuracy
