Job Description
The Parts and Service Division plays an important role in contributing to the success of Honda's global operations.


This position is a part of the Part Program within the Parts Division that provides direct support to the Quality & Packaging Dept. The purpose of the position is to compile data from various sources and assist with various administrative functions. This position provides significant support in the Quality Control group in areas such as entering Domestic/Export claims, assisting with Sorts in the W/H, pulling, and prepping drawings, running reports, and supporting the staff with projects and assignments. This position will mainly support the QC/Parts Tech group but will also support, within the Quality and Packaging Department, the Quality Assurance group and Packaging / Damage group.


Responsibilities


  • Creating and updating various Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports
  • Pulling and compiling data as necessary from various sources
  • Previous office experience
  • Knowledge of basic measuring devices and systems preferred
  • Knowledge of motor vehicle parts preferred
  • Be available to work an average of 20-25 hours per week
  • Assist with department communications and administrative coordination
  • Exhibited leadership, problem solving, and collaboration skills
  • Quality Department Office and Warehouse Support – Assigned Investigations, Sorts, Stock Checks, Etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Update, maintain, and monitor QC records, documents, and the QC database that ensure group objectives are met.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Special Projects / Misc. Requests
