We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. Responsibilities:

• Manage document production and electronic discovery, ensuring all relevant documents are easily accessible
• Collaborate with attorneys in preparing for court proceedings, including assembling exhibits, coordinating witnesses, and managing evidentiary issues
• Perform administrative duties (calendar hearings and deadlines, organize case files, manage logistics)
• Assist in all aspects of commercial litigation including, but not limited to, legal research, drafting of pleadings, discovery, and preparation for depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• Maintain case management system to track deadlines, case milestones, and court dates

Qualifications:

• Proficient in legal research platforms (Westlaw, LexisNexis) and legal case management software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
• Experience in drafting pleadings, discovery requests, and responses
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Paralegal Certification required
• Familiarity with court rules, filing and service procedures
