Overview:
This is a dynamic opportunity to join a rapidly growing company, with industry leading software and services in the healthcare space. Policy Reporter provides a portfolio of offerings designed to redefine the way medical manufacturing companies, payers and providers receive and react to relevant coverage and reimbursement information in the market. Our core offerings include a SaaS based platform hosting a database of the latest payer information, as well as custom advisory and consulting projects to help our clients understand coverage trends, changes, and dynamics that impact their product and drive their commercialization strategies.

Our clients include Fortune 10 companies in the healthcare field, as well as an array of Fortune 500 pharmaceutical and biotechnology firms across the globe along with top US payers and providers.

We are seeking individuals with knowledge of the payer coverage and reimbursement space through firsthand work with health plans, hospital systems, and physician practices to join our Policy Reporter Partners community of Reimbursement Opinion Leaders (ROLs.)

Policy Reporter Partners
provide insights to inform our consulting work for pharmaceutical, diagnostics, and device manufacturers to enhance their commercialization, contracting, reimbursement, and patient support strategies.
Policy Reporter Partners share their expertise to help improve the access-to-treatment experience for patients, while earning honoraria and supporting charitable causes.

This is an ad-hoc consulting role. Individuals will be contacted for projects that fit their background and experience, and may choose on a by-case basis which they participate in.
Responsibilities:
  • Participate in interviews, panels, web-based surveys, group advisory boards, and other knowledge-sharing forums. Most engagements are conducted virtually. Occasional opportunities for in-person meetings may arise based on project requirements
  • Share knowledge of healthcare coverage and reimbursement topics based on your experience working in applicable roles
  • Partners are never asked to disclose confidential or proprietary information from the organizations they previously or currently work for
Qualifications:
Individuals who are currently or have previously worked in the following roles should apply:
  • Guidelines and Pathways Committee Leadership
  • Patient Advocacy Organizations
  • Health Plan/PBM Medical Director or Pharmacy Director
  • Hospital/Physician Reimbursement Staff (Access Coordinators, Prior Authorization Teams)
  • Healthcare Policy Consultants
  • Pharmaceutical, Diagnostics, and Device Manufacturers

Compensation:

Individuals earn honoraria (or may elect to have a donation made to a charitable organization in lieu of payment) for participating in projects.

Compensation varies by project based on requirements and experience/background of the individual. Rates are established based on a third-party Fair Market Value (FMV) assessment.
