P6 Scheduler Jobs

LVI are looking for an experienced scheduler to work remotely in the USA.

The ideal candidate will have a background in scheduling and experience in forensic analysis and claims management. This individual will be responsible for managing and analyzing construction schedules and providing expert testimony in claims disputes. They will also work closely with our clients to develop and implement strategies for avoiding claims and resolving disputes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor junior schedulers and support staff
• Perform forensic analysis of construction schedules and identify issues that may lead to delays or claims
• Develop and implement strategies for avoiding claims and resolving disputes
• Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and provide expert advice on scheduling and claims management
• Develop and manage construction schedules using Primavera P6 or other industry standard scheduling software
• Prepare expert reports and provide expert testimony in claims disputes

Requirements:

• Strong client management skills
• Expert level knowledge of Primavera P6 or other industry standard scheduling software
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction scheduling, with a focus on forensic analysis and claims management
• Experience in expert testimony in claims disputes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
