Overnight Scheduling Coordinator Jobs

Summary

The Overnight Scheduling Coordinator will work the late-night shift in charge of sending out the daily call sheets and address any call outs for the following day. They will also assist in any tasks assigned by the daytime Scheduling Coordinators and communicate to crew members, any schedule changes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all productions are properly staffed for the following day.
• Work with Staff Scheduling Coordinators to contact crews for availability and assist in compiling the crew schedules
• Send out the daily call sheets for the following day’s productions.
• Assist with the inputting of schedules into the scheduling system (Kronos).
• Follow-up with daily emails and requests to ensure that all needs have been addressed.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a scheduling environment
• Experience with scheduling software systems such as, ScheduAll, Kronos and Media Pulse.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Television Production experience a plus.
