Seasonal Scheduling Operations Coordinator

Summary

The Scheduling Coordinator will work on assigned shows to create the Crew Compliment that will be scheduled. They will work with the Staff Scheduling Coordinators to assure that their shows as well as the other productions are properly scheduled for the coming days and weeks. They will also assist in any call outs, schedule changes and crew notifications. They will communicate all changes to the show Production staff as well as to Production management.

Responsibilities

• Create the Work Orders in Media Pulse from the Crew Compliment.
• Ensure that all productions are properly staffed for the.
• Create the Crew Compliment for the assigned show and present it for approval.
• Assist with the inputting of schedules into the scheduling system (Media Pulse).
• Follow-up with daily emails and requests to ensure that all needs have been addressed.
• Work with Staff Scheduling Coordinators to contact crews for availability and assist in compiling the crew schedules.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a scheduling environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree

Salary / Pay Range
